President, Madeleine Sanders PMP 
Madeleine is in her second term on the Durham Highlands Chapter (DHC) Board of Directors. Madeleine has over 20 years experience in the project management field, in a variety of organizations and capacities; recently working as an IT Management Consultant in the pharma and financial sector. Madeleine started her own IT Consulting business in 2012, with a focus on Leadership, Portfolio and Project Management and Business Planning and Processes. She also is a part owner of the family business that manages commercial and residential properties within the Durham Region. Madeleine has been a PMI DHC member since 2006 and gained her PMP in 2008 after taking the DHC-PMP PREP course. She balances her business life with spending just as much time enjoying her family, volunteering and participating in various sporting events, such as football refereeing for Durham and York Region; playing broomball/ baseball/ ball hockey and coaching broomball to 5-15 year olds. With Madeleine's wealth of knowledge and experience in project management, running 2 small businesses, establishing processes and executing these consistency within any organization type will assist in raising DHC to the next level.

Sr. VP Business Operations, Joe Campa, PMP, PMI-PBA, PMI-RMP
Joe is a Risk Management Specialist for Bruce Power working on the Major Component Replacement project.  Previously he was in the manufacturing sector for over 20 years, holding positions of Vice President, General Manager, Senior Project Manager and Head of Estimating.  He has been a member of this chapter since 2008 and currently holds three PMI certifications, PMP (2009), PMI-RMP (2012) and the newly added PMI-PBA (2014), as well as earning his Masters Certificate in Project Management through Atocrates, and is also a Six Sigma Green Belt.  Appointed in September 2013, to complete a previous directors term, and elected in June 2014, as the Marketing and Communications Director, Joe has invested a lot of time into this chapter, redesigning communication materials, instructing the risk management module of the PMP exam prep course, taking lead for the chapter in an Ontario wide initiative to add a project management track at DECA-U, and working on implementing live streaming of monthly meetings for the chapter.  Passion for the profession is what drives Joe, both in his professional career as well as with PMI, as he is constantly finding new ways to inspire and motivate others.  When he does have some spare time, you will see Joe either on the diamond playing baseball, riding his Honda ST1300, and completing Spartan races.

VP Administration, Cameron Linton PMP 
Cameron was elected to the Board in January 2014 and June 2014. He has been a DHC member and regular attendee of chapter meetings since achieving his PMP in 2010. Cameron is a PM with over 30 years experience in IT Management, project management, technical development, and process implementation. He is currently Manager, IT Advisory, and Project Manager, Microsoft Practice, with KPMG. For the past five years he has been managing projects to build web-based information solutions, typically on the SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, or Dot-Net frameworks. Previously he built web-based solutions to integrate with online banking and mutual fund reporting sites, and managed database development and QA teams. Cameron is keen to see PMI-DHC be a community that supports the careers , grows the competencies, and broadens the professional network of the PM membership. Beyond his PM, institution, and database world; and in addition to family activities; Cameron's passions include hockey, hiking, camping, storytelling, and bridge.

Director of Governance, Carrie Grimley PMP 
Carrie Grimley is a Business Analyst at the Region of Durham’s Corporate Services Information Technology group. Carrie holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto, has her Masters Certificate in Project Management from Durham College, is a certified Business Relationship Management Professional and holds an associates certificate in IT Project Management from McMaster University and a Certificate in Strategic Analysis and Consulting from York University. Carrie has been a member of the PMI since 2007. She has held her CAPM (2007-2012) currently holds her PMP (2010-2019) Carrie has enjoyed working with her clients on a diverse range of projects including, web sites, PPM and service desk implementations. She is currently Committee Chair of the Public Sector Project Management Forum. In her spare time Carrie enjoys volunteering at the Robert McLaughlin Gallery as an Art program gallery assistant and at the Durham Highlands Chapter as a volunteer instructor at the PMP boot camp.

Director of Membership, Shelbie Clarke
Shelbie was elected to the Board in June of 2016. She recently developed her strong passion for project management after completing a Durham College Graduate Certificate on the subject, where she graduated on the honour roll in the spring of 2016. In addition to her Graduate Certificate, Shelbie has a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Nipissing University - an experience that has helped her shape the unique perspectives that she brings to this field.

Though new to the project management world, Shelbie has been an active PMI-DHC member that continues to volunteer her time in various capacities since joining in 2015. Along with her role on the Board, she is currently the Co-Chair of the newly formed Professional Development Committee for PMI-DHC, which seeks speakers for monthly chapter meetings, and hosts for professional development workshops. Shelbie’s involvement with the Chapter through volunteerism inspired a new appreciation and enthusiasm for project management, which has successfully led her to where she is today.

Director of Communications, Israel Ufomandu, PMP
Israel has over 15 years progressive leadership experience in Architecture, construction and project management. A member of the chapter since 2012 and originally volunteering to be Content Editor for the 2012 PMP Overdrive Revamp, he has been the chapter communications coordinator from then until 2015 when he assumed the role of Director, Marketing & Communications. He has a Post graduate Certificate in Project Management from Humber College (2010) and has been a PMP since 2013. Israel extends his project management skills into other areas of his life as an events coordinator, editorial content creator and reviewer, motivational speaker and leader in his church community. Director of Education, Doug Wilson CAPM 
Doug Wilson is a Certified Associate in Project Management with an Ontario College Advanced Diploma in Biotechnology and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management. In addition, Doug previously held the position of Student Governor on the Durham College Board of Governors (2014/2015) along with positions on various committees within the college.
After volunteering with PMI-DHC as the PM and committee chair of the 2016 PMI-DHC/Durham College Student Symposium, Doug gained interest in giving back to the PMI community.
Holding the position of Office Manager with the Ontario Philharmonic, Doug is interested in the arts and their contribution to society.
