Topic: Change Management Strategies

Change is inevitable as time marches forward and yet people find it one of the hardest parts of life's journey. We lull ourselves into a false sense of security and when the ebb and flow begins reactions are very different. Organizations need to prioritize their Change Management initiatives as part of strategic planning. Cheri will take you through the fear of change, providing keys strategies to foster organizational change. The vision of a better way, a better solution, a better product are courageously approached with determination and an open mind.
