Description: Are you are looking to learn how to stand out in a crowd of PM’s? If so, come and join our interactive discussion with Aaron Topple from Future Perfect Construction. Aaron has over 20+ years of industry experience working with many different Project Managers who have shaped his perspectives on the qualities of what makes a successful PM. The main differentiator, and what has made Aaron’s company successful, is consistently delivering high quality projects while exceeding his client’s expectations. This month’s meeting will offer a lively discussion on how Aaron built his high performing project team and what he looks for when hiring a Project Manager.

Speaker Bio:   

Aaron Topple

Aaron Topple is a businessman and entrepreneur based in the Durham region.  He is

the owner of Future Perfect Construction based in Whitby, Ontario that provides residential and commercial construction services in the GTA and is also a partner in a local craft brewery; Town Brewery that hosted our January CLIC 2018 event.

Aaron Topple has over 20+ years in construction projects and construction project management experience. His first experience in the industry started when he was just 17 where he was hired working on various construction job-sites for the summer.  This eventually led to him to pursue his Master Builder accreditation to apply his trade.  Over the year’s he’s been the project manager on various projects from custom homes and renovations to large multi-site commercial projects for the Hotels, The Keg, Universities/Schools and provincial government contracts eventually breaking out on his own and starting Future Perfect Construction.

Aaron also has served in our military with tours in the middle east  moving up to rank of Sergeant learning that honesty and integrity are keys to succeed at anything in life.

Aaron on his off time enjoys volunteering and giving back to communities in Durham region.
