Online engagements are not going away and will only become more prevalent as organizations realize the cost savings from no travel expenses and being an inclusive leader ensuring everyone can participate and engage on your project. Some of the most popular online collaboration tools in use by government to financial and educational institutions is MS Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet. What sets these platforms apart and how easy is it to collaborate with your team on these platforms?

If you want to learn more about the functionality of these tools and the different capabilities these tools offer, this is the workshop for you!  We will explore the features of these tools and also try some of the features available with Zoom and MS Teams. You will be a pioneer in the making and be able to influence your leaders to consider the benefits these tools offer and connect the savings from no travel expenses to the benefits these tools can bring to any team.

About the Presenter

An Educator, teaching adults in multiple areas of business such as Supply Chain Management, Office Technology & Procedures, PMP Exam Prep, Agile/Scrum and sought out a consultant to provide business insights across multiple domains.

As an advocate for education, inclusion and developing future leaders, Ellie is an engaging educator, coach, trainer, mentor and agent of change. Ellie incorporates a risk mindset in developing strategic plans and teach others new skills in all aspects of being a leader.  Ellie actively engages in the community of practice as a sought-out speaker/panellist:

Ellie is an avid long-distance solo cyclist with a dream to ride her bike across Canada and has completed 850kms to-date. Passionate about protecting the environment and supporting people marginalized in our society, Ellie participates in community support through mentoring and consulting engagements, while developing to be an author and TED Talk speaker.
