A multi-dimensional leader and senior business consultant with expertise in strategy development, project/program management, delivery, PMO, risk management, operations, business analysis and process engineering with a proven ability to effectively balance people, scope, schedule and budget.

Ranjini wears many hats with experience in fields spanning music and television, telecom, hospitality and restaurants, BPO, finance, technology and business consulting, she is a senior leader in her field who brings a fresh yet informed approach to projects of varying scope and size, allowing her to help organizations, both large and small, bring their projects to life. 

A dedicated servant-leader, Ranjini has a passion for helping others achieve their goals, she has effectively taken her professional experience and knowledge and applied it ‘outside of the office’ order to teach, support, mentor and grow people across disciplines through innovative learning, self-exploration and an out-of-the-box approach to business and finance. 

She has successfully coupled business acumen within the triangle of body, mind and spirit, bringing to light the need to approach business and life with a holistic mindset. She brings with her a discipline that allows her to serve the community in a way that is both authentic and diverse.

Ranjini has spent the last 20 years building and perfecting her professional craft, she is a Process Engineer (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt™️), a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP™️) and a Scrum Master (SMC™️). She is an alum of the prestigious PMI- Leadership Institute Master Class and most recently taken the role of Executive Director for WeWorld Network, a global community of joyful, abundance-minded entrepreneurs, living, giving and receiving generously, working collaboratively, sharing wisdom and knowledge openly for the highest good for all (self, others and our planet).

Ranjini has actively served the PMI-DHC Chapter since 2009, she has held the positions of Volunteer, Mentor, Instructor, Director Volunteers, VP Administration and Chapter President.

2020-2021 is her second non-consecutive term as PMI-DHC Chapter President. 


Madeleine Sanders

Madeleine has over 20 years experience in the project management field, in a variety of organizations and capacities; recently working as an IT Management Consultant in the pharma and financial sector. Madeleine started her own IT Consulting business in 2012, with a focus on Leadership, Portfolio and Project Management and Business Planning and Processes. She also is a part owner of the family business that manages commercial and residential properties within the Durham Region. Madeleine has been a PMI DHC member since 2006 and gained her PMP in 2008 after taking the DHC-PMP PREP course. She balances her business life with spending just as much time enjoying her family, volunteering and participating in various sporting events, such as football refereeing for Durham and York Region; playing broomball/ baseball/ ball hockey and coaching broomball to 5-15-year-olds.

 


Delroy Trowers

Delroy is a Project Manager/Marketer who holds an MBA from the Florida International University, a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Technology, Jamaica and a certificate in Project Management from the University of the West Indies, Mona. He has been a member of PMI since 2011 and has held his PMP designation since 2014.

Delroy has led various Projects including, Route to Market Distribution Project, where he developed an Alternative Distribution System for a multinational company; the launch of various new Fast Moving Consumers Goods Brands, the establishment of various new sales offices throughout the Caribbean, and was the Caribbean Regional Project Manager responsible for developing Strategic Plans for addressing sales volume and dealing with government Regulations for a Fast Moving Consumer Goods Multinational organization.

He has held various leadership positions within various organizations namely: Facilities and Logistics Manager responsible for Infrastructure Projects for a multinational organization, Functional Head for the Distribution Team of a multinational organization, responsible for launching new products and developing Distribution Channels, and Chairman of various committees. As a member of the Kiwanis Club, Delroy was responsible for organizing various charity events. He is also an active volunteer within his Church community where he does outreach work including the feeding program to the less fortunate in our society.


Angela Giles Clarke

Angela is PMP certified and has her Master’s Certification in project and program management, which has assisted her in fulfilling her passion to deliver many projects. Employed with Bell Canada over the last 24 years, Angela has been accountable to deliver on multi-million-dollar network projects. Currently, she is a Senior Project Manager for Bell’s largest network project and responsible to lead the Engineering and Project Management support teams for SW Ontario. 

Angela is grateful for all her opportunities and enjoys sharing her knowledge and mentoring others. Over the last 15 years, she has enjoyed volunteering her time and serving the community to support causes promoting health, professional excellence, and the youth, which she finds truly gratifying.

Angela lives with her family in Durham and believes in celebrating life and creating meaningful moments to add to our explicit archive of life experiences, whilst making a positive impact socially and to the growth of our businesses and community.


Natasha Toney

Natasha is a Project Management consultant specializing in sustainable transformations that align organizations to their vision, mission, & strategy. She has over 20 years of program & project management within medium and large fortune 500 companies such as Coca Cola, Unilever, RR Donnelley, and Cineplex Odeon. She is a certified life coach (CCP), a project management professional (PMP), a Masters Certificate in Adult Training & Development (MCATD), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB). She is a season professional that fuses governance, change management, process re-engineering, training, facilitation, and keen financial acumen, with both strategic and tactical skills. She leverages leadership, critical thinking and creative problem solving to ensure successful post project transitions. She leads programs and projects that covers technology, business, construction, human resources, acquisitions, divestitures, and ERP transformations. She brings a wealth of exposure across various industries – consumer packaging goods, manufacturing, logistics & distribution, mining, financial institutions and entertainment. She has been a member of PMI, and PMI Durham Highlands Chapter since 2014, an active member volunteering as a Committee Chair overseeing the Google Docs Reboot initiative. In her spare time, Natasha enjoys cooking, traveling, volunteering, crafting, and mentoring aspiring leaders.


Laurel Service

Laurel an accomplished Project Management Professional (PMP) who is responsible for managing projects across more than one business unit. She manages resources, schedules, financials, communications, and adheres to quality and project management guidelines throughout the full project management lifecycle. This includes the management of issues, risks, and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.  Laurel plays an integral role in process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving the management of the organization. She is experienced at providing on-site leadership for the project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities, and project milestones.

In her role as Director of Administration and Strategic Projects for a membership-based not-for-profit Corporation, Laurel manages all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned and directly supports the achievement of the strategic objectives. A Thought Leader, Laurel works creatively and analytically in problem-solving environments, demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence. Laurel also plays an integral role in establishing practices, developing templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.

Laurel holds a Masters Certificate in Project Management from Centennial College, Bachelor’s Degree in Health Services Management from Ryerson and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Technology, Jamaica. With other credentials in Executive Leadership and Marketing, Laurel is a Lean Six-Sigma Green Belt holder, with more than 15 years of experience working with Senior Management and Board of Directors within the healthcare and housing sectors.

Over the last year, Laurel serves from her heart and has successfully led the Membership Portfolio at PMI-DHC. She is looking forward to making a difference as she serves in her new role as Director of Governance. 

A fun-loving person, you may try to beat Laurel in a good game of scrabble or be prepared to get a good six-love on the domino table.  Her motto, “treat everyone the way you would like to be treated."


Erlizabeth Taylor

Liz has 15+ years of experience leading business and technical projects within the telecommunications, financial services and non-profit sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Business Technology Management from Ryerson University, Toronto. Liz is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), certified Scrum Master (CSM) and trained in the use of the Kanban System Design® (KMPI) methodology.

Liz is motivated by team success and enjoys the challenge of helping teams remain creative, engaged and inspired to focus on their goals and improve their project management practice.

Liz has been volunteering for the PMI-DHC Chapter since 2016. Her main objective as the Director of Professional Development is to find creative ways to deliver the portfolio’s programmes and projects to ensure the strategic alignment with the Chapters’ goals.

She is an avid spinner who enjoys watching animated films in her spare time.


Claudia Silvera

Claudia is a professional in bringing creative vision and smart content together to get the message to the right customer and trade. Her road to success is rooted in her love of visual art and design, as it involves form, structure, planning and aesthetics. Claudia possesses more than twenty years of experience in Marketing and Advertising Communication. Claudia’s ability to adapt to newly emerging technologies, for both print and digital media, has enabled her to thrive throughout her career. Claudia’s prowess as a marketing professional is in combining all her broad-range specialties from corporate communications, social media marketing, project management, web and graphic design.

Claudia currently serves as a contract project manager for Carynx Communications Inc. Before joining Carynx, Claudia was a freelance graphic designer and marketing professional. At this time, she rendered her skills in improving the marketing and promotions business solutions of her clients to transform and translate business needs into engaging marketing materials. Claudia has played an integral role as a volunteer at PMI-DHC since 2015, on the Marketing and Communications Committee; first as a Content Editor and most recently as the Communications Chair.

Claudia graduated from George Brown College of Applied Arts and Technology with a Diploma in Marketing and Advertising. Her love of project work, propelled her to study Project Management and she now holds an MCPM and a PMP designation. 

When Claudia is not creating graphics communication on the computer, she channels her creative expressions through gardening, painting, sketching and interior design.


Kerith Hamilton

Kerith is an accomplished Project Management Professional (PMP) and possesses more than twenty years of experience working on Construction, Operational, Health and IT projects. She is a highly skilled construction industry professional with vast experience working on Government Agency projects. As a construction industry project specialist, she contributes both Project Management and Quantity Surveying expertise to projects.

Kerith has also worked in the Telemarketing Industry managing a team of subject matter experts to implement and deliver several programs. She was directly responsible for Quality Assurance, Risk and Compliance, Operations, Client Services, Reporting Analysts, Human Resource and Training.

One of Kerith’s career accomplishments is providing project management support in the rehabilitation of two water treatment plan rehabilitation of twenty-seven drinking water supply facilities and construction of a wastewater pump station; with an overall budget of $70M (CAD).

Kerith holds a Master’s of Science from the Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland in Construction Project Management, a BSc in Construction Management and Engineering, a Diploma in Quantity Surveying from the University of Technology, Jamaica. In June 2015, after attending the Chapter’s PMP Prep course, Kerith earned her PMP.

Over the last five years, Kerith has volunteered at PMI-DHC in various roles such as Director, Education and Professional Development. She has managed the PMP Exam Prep Course, Mentoring Programs and spearheaded two new initiatives - the PMP Prep Study Group and PMP Application Support. Additionally, she was the project manager responsible for the Chapter’s 15th Anniversary Gala and an active volunteer on other chapter events such as the CLIC and Symposium events.

To remain energized, Kerith enjoys jogging as well as the planning of special events.


Mireille Landry

Mireille has a passion for helping people, teams and organizations to succeed. She combines her leadership, business, HR, coaching and project management expertise to help people reach their highest potential.

After 21 years of successful corporate leadership, she founded a firm focused on the people and project aspects of business helping clients develop their skills and drive strong results. Mireille is a bilingual trusted advisor anchored on solid business experience, an inspiring and skilled coach and a passionate leader. She is co-owner of al security company and currently holds the role of Lead HR and Special Projects. Over the years, she spearheaded multiple business initiatives including HRIS, relocations and security solutions project implementations.

As a Team Coach with the MBA programs at Smith School of Business, she works closely with teams ensuring that they reap the benefits of a high-performance team experience while at Queen’s. She is also a project advisor on the Executive MBA Queens/Cornell programs.

She achieved her PMP credentials and Coaching Certification. She holds a PM Certificate from the UofT. She earned an Executive MBA degree from Queen’s, as well as a BBA-Finance/Marketing degree from HEC/UofM. She has been a member of PMI-DHC since 2014, was a mentee/mentor as well as most recently the Mentorship Program Chair. To keep it all together, she aims to play as hard as she works. She enjoys time at the cottage, spending time with her family and dogs.
